Just opening a ticket to track time for this project.

Create Unifi account, Create M365 Tenant, add trial license, Create both 365 users, assign licensing, Configure DNS ownership and records, Install Virtual Box on MSO, Install windows 10 virtual machine. Exchange Admin not yet online.

troubleshoot Exchange Admin access. End-run issue by adding second trial. Begin migration by testing mbbadmin migration. Gather Trish and Shandor credentials. Configure migration for those two accounts. Increase receiving size limit to maximum. Finalize Windows install. Share data volume with windows VM. Install Kerio Migrator. Decompress all Archive folders. Convert each folder into PST. Configure DKIM and DMARC for bothe domains. Check on migration. Nerf SPF and DKIM records as to not interrupt deliver of Kerio email
