Hi Peet!!

I guess our website punked out a little earlier today when I was out of the building and I'm working to get it back up and running. Mikyla reached out to Firespring in my absence and they said it was an issue with our domain.

I'm logged into NameCheap, and trying to follow [these instructions](https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9305/5/icanns-whois-verification-process/) to verify our domain, but my screen doesn't match (see attachments) and I can't seem to find the option to verify on either domain screen. Have any ideas?

Thanks so much and sorry to be a pain in the ass!!
Heather

It looks like you were able to verify the domain on NameCheap. Did you receive an email from them and verify?

It does take a few minutes for the redirects to be removed.

This is what I see on NameCheap

You may or may not have receive my previous emails, but to recap the issue was that after migrating the domain registrar, the contacts were not verified. The previous contacts included an email address that you did not have access to so the verification email was missed. After the DNS was suspended you used [email protected] for verification but since the dns was suspended, so was email.

I verified with [email protected], then built [email protected] to use for anything that requires/should use a [email protected] email (like domain registration contact!).

(Just a note, there 1.25hrs on this one, but since I didn't follow up on the domain contact verification, I'm only going to bill for building the gmail account and verifying the domain .5hrs)

Cheers.Peet
