Attached is a one-sheet for Artichoke Managed IT as well as an updated Master Service Agreement/Managed IT contract.

For $150/FTE/Mo, Artichoke Managed IT covers all existing IT infrastructure maintenance and support. This includes managing your workstations, network and any on-premise servers or appliances as well as SaaS deployments like Microsoft 365 (Google Workspace if we do anything with it). All Add/Change/Move work is done at a reduced hourly rate ($120/hr/remote, $150/hr/onsite).

Managed IT is not only support and maintenance for your infrastructure, but also a contracted Director of IT with the experience and knowledge to ensure the best IT decisions are made and implemented for the ZACC.
