Am I going to need to semi-delete her account and get her user changed on her laptop now that she's Stenslie in the AD?

So log out completely.

Log in as padmin.

Delete her current account, but leave the home folder.

Rename the home folder from "rachael.cheff (Deleted)" to "rachael.stenslie"

Log in as "[email protected]"

I'm getting "User not Authorized" when signing into the laptop. I deleted the account from padmin, renamed the folder to rachael.stenslie, then I get the error after her 2FA. I had her signin to ODO on another laptop to make sure her 2FA is working correctly.
