#23656 Mike’s domain

Hi Peet Mike is having some trouble with his email account. It can’t be fixed because apparently you set it up and are the only administrator. Can you forward the information (or permission) we need to get the domain transferred? Let us know what you need from us. Basically he can send emails but hasn’t received any since June 1st. Since we turned down Mike's support I was under the mistaken understanding that his domain was also to not be renewed. I've renewed it and invoiced you. Would you like me to transfer the domains for mk.consulting and kahnlelaw.com to a Namecheap.com account that you create and manage? (make sure to use a gmail, iCloud, outlook or other non-mk.consulting or non-kahnlelaw.com address if you do create one)

Wow. Thanks Peet!!!! Mike will pay the invoice right away. I’m not sure how transferring works. We just need to keep the domains so we don’t have to change the email accounts. Can you transfer them to us directly so we don’t have to bother you every year?

Yes, I can transfer them to you. You need a Namecheap.com account. The account needs to be created with an email address that's hosted by someone like Google, Apple, Outlook.com and not your mk.consulting address or your kahnlelaw.com address.

Just go here: https://www.namecheap.com/myaccount/signup/ and sign up. Once you account is confirmed and set up, I can transfer the domains to that account. It has to be Namecheap because

1. it's easier for me to transfer :D

2. More importantly mk.consulting is OWNED by Namecheap.com and they are renting it to you ... hence the yearly $130 instead of yearly $35 registration fee. You own Kahnlelaw.com, and could transfer it elsewhere, but that's not really useful ... so Namecheap.com it is.
