Hi Peet,

We've been given the green light to upgrade / migrate the rest of the users. Susan and Jody are building our Teams to prepare for file transfer. We will only be transferring live jobs and some associated client-supplied relevant files.

We have a few freelancers mixed in but they will need access too, so anyone with a Microsoft 365 Apps for business license can be upgraded. They also have Partners Google accounts so they can be migrated too.

We're not quite ready to rip off the Outlook bandaid but soon.

Holler with questions. Thanks!
~jb

Thanks for the list. There is one that doesn't need to migrate:

Leigh Eckert

The rest looks right.

Done. For the the backup it's $4/user/mo/service for "Infinite cloud retention (ICR)". The price difference for "Time-based retention (TBR)" is minimal ~$0.50/user/mo/service. I think I'm just not going to offer it anymore. Unless you'd *really* want a 1yr retention ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ...

Would you like to enable Backupify backup for M365, for Google Workspace, Both? Neither?

Below is the text describing retention. Sorry for screen shotting the retention info, but it's just a nightmare to cut and paste deeply formatted text in the ticketing window.

[embedded image]I've also attached a screen shot of the migration batch starting. Nothing complicated, but figured you'd like to see that it's started.

I assume that's the Datto emails I got. Also the Pax8 email - do I need to do anything there? I'm guessing not.

Datto = Backupify. Pax8 is the new 365 licenses. Neither need attention.

Hey Peet, Tony and I have discussed and let's go ahead and turn on Backupify for Google as well. Once we get all migrated and functional we can probably ditch it but good insurance in the meantime.

Thanks!

I replied to the other ticket. But just letting you know that the backup is kicked off for both Google and M365.

All account email is migrated. Most users do have a few 2-20 skipped items. A few folks with older/larger mailboxes have 200+ skipped items. The worst of them like, Loreen is 358 but that's 148125 items here are a few JB 325/317040, Susan 386/553736, Tony 314/607095

Some of the items are things like mail rules, but most of them "CorruptData" that offered very little information. The folder name if we're lucky, the Subject if we're VERY lucky.

As a whole I'm mostly comfortable with the skipped items numbers, but that's something we'll look more into before we cut over to M365.
