Hi Peet,

I'm setting up a new laptop. It went through the setup, sort of, but there's nothing showing up in MSC. I restarted and it has the NOMAD login screen. I used padmin and it logs me in but I don't get the rest of the apps loading. I'm running the 13.4 OS update right now.

Serial? XG5JV46GNW? I've uploaded a new InstallApplications Package to Mosyle. The fastest solution is likely to erase all content and settings and run through the setup again. You should end up at the Xcreds login and built correctly.

If you want me to clean up this deployment, I think I see it in Splashtop, but it does look to be offline.

That's the correct SN. It's awake and shouldn't sleep now. If you would make it happy I'd be appreciative!

Thanks,

There was some messed up settings in your Automated Device Enrollment. It should be better now. If you have an ABM device that you can do an Erase All Contents and settings and run through the setup it would likely be worth while. Regardless that specific device is good.

I've got a spare laptop I can erase and give it a go, maybe tomorrow.

Thanks for spiffying it up.

Did you happen to move it into the Partners folder in Splashtop?

I'm going to give this a go on the spare laptop. Tell me if I'm in the right place. In Mosyle, click the device > More > Erase device?

What's the spare laptop? Model/Serial ... if it's an Apple Silicon I don't need to know. If it'sIntel, it has to have T2 (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208862)

If it's Intel and not T2 don't erase it that way! Boot to recovery and erase the drive and reinstall (if it's not T2).

If it is Silicon or T2, then yup, you're in the right place.

Intel and not T2 so I'll boot to recovery and do it that way.

That's why I checked.
