Hi Peet. Sherie is out of the office and I was trying to get QB to open on her computer and keep getting an error message—can you take a look at it for me? Says it requires an update and she doesn’t have the proper permissions to do the update? Thx, Jill Jill M. Right-click on Quick books and choose "run as Administrator". It should work automagically, but if it does not, it will request admin rights that I'll convert into a permanent automagical rule that will allow you to choose "Run as Administrator" freely going forward. Cheers.Peet
