Hi Peet, Looks like receiving limit is 153Mb, sending 35Mb and total 49.5Gb. Looks like there's an option to increase or limit sending / receiving sizes. Is there an option to increase mailbox size? I know at least one user has already exceeded that limit. Not 1000% sure what the question is here, but ... The default sending size limit is 20MB and should not be adjusted to any larger than 25MB (google's default). Email is not a file sharing protocol. The receiving size limit is currently 150MB. This is only temporary to ensure that all or virtually all messages within your existing gmail accounts are pulled over. This will be set back to default (25MB) once the cutover is done. As for total mailbox quota, Microsoft 365 Business Premium comes with 50GB for user mailboxes an 100GB of archive space. The archive space can expand to 1500GB here's the explanation of[auto-expanding archiving](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/autoexpanding-archiving?view=o365-worldwide). You can add on an outlook subscription for up to 100GB of storage. Which also has the auto-expanding archiving. Peet

I 100% agree that sending / receiving should not be more than 20Mb. Susan was asking because Deloitte users seemed to have "unlimited" attachment size in their Outlook. I'm just passing along the numbers. I have also been trying to get users to get rid of old emails, especially those with attachments going back to 2010. "I will when I get a few minutes." Right. Do you happen to know the cost for the Outlook subscription? Thanks! On Tue, Mar 21, 2023 at 4:07 PM Artichoke Support - Peet <[email protected]> wrote:

I think the Exchange Online Plan 2 adds $8/mo/user. Only Suzanne Elfstrom is > 50GB at 63GB. She can be migrated into an Exchange Online Plan 2. Enable archiving to move email order then X years to the online archive. Then drop the Exchange Online Plan 2. As for Deloitte having "unlimited" attachment size. I can only imagine that she means the feature where items attached from your OneDrive can be shared directly instead of attached. Kind of like Apple's Mail Drop.
