Missed this, but that is 100% a phishing message to get you to enter your existing password in a form to capture it for the "bad guys". I'm assuming you didn't interact a with the links, but iff you did, it would be time to change your password (in the real way :D ).

Haha nope I didn’t interact with the links. Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve also got an issue with my computer freezing again, but I’ll open up a separate ticket for that.
