Subject: Public Wifi Password Description: Hi Peet, We had a client who was unable to log on to the public wifi at the office. Is the password no longer "Sound Advice"? Please let us know. Thanks, Gage

Nope that is the correct PWD. What typee of device were they attempting to connect? Was this the first time someone's tried to use it in a Loooooong time? What happens when you attempt to connect to Stewart-Public when not connected to ethernet?

Peet, It was a client’s laptop so I’m not sure how often it had been used. Jill also tried connecting to the public wifi on her laptop from the conference room yesterday while the client was here and she couldn’t connect either. However, I’m in the conference now and have successfully connected to the public wifi and it seems to be working fine for me and my devices (phone and laptop). Any ideas on why we may be having intermittent issues lately? Was the Unifi Mesh 6 AP put back into the conference room where it was originally installed? The one that looks like this: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1439/1668/products/U6-Mesh_002_331e3389-54e2-4f5d-9824-d46ee82482c8_grande.png?v=1643097165 The first thing that really stands out as an issue that would be causing an intermittent problem is too little signal. Or possibly an issue with the clients communicating with the DHCP server ... but if the Mesh 6 isn't back in the conf room, I'd start there. Cheers.Peet

So we actually moved our conference room up to where Jill’s office was and moved Jill’s office back to the old conference room (at the end of the hallway), so we left that device in the room at the end of the hallway, which is now Jill’s office. So I don’t believe that is the issue. We will just plan to keep an eye on it and if we have problems again we will let you know and go from there. Hopefully this was just a one-time thing. -Gage From: Artichoke Support - Peet Sent: Wednesday, January 4, 2023 11:57 PM To: Gage Legare Subject: Public Wifi Password (message id: 63350691)
