Looks like you didn't add "un:sarah" to her "Enhanced desktop security" in her account and had a pre-existing "sarah" profile. So when she logged in the existing C:\Users\sarah was not used, and C:\Users\sarah2 was created. I added “un:WINDOWSUSERNAME” to “Enhanced desktop security” for each of the users you created. So this won't happen again, but I'm a little unsure as to what will happen with user "sarah" the next time she logs in. I feel like the Google login will re-associate the C:\Users\sarah profile with her account, but I'm unsure. I don't think I ever added the “un:WINDOWSUSERNAME”/ “Enhanced desktop security” step to the ticket, but I did message it, sorry for mixing channels. Here's the screen capture for the example add ... https://share.cleanshot.com/buuPBMT8dQEo1wnSqXFK Regardless, this can only happen with users who already had a profile on the machine. e.g. "annie" hasn't logged in on any machine yet, so there won't be an existing user/profile for "annie" when she logs in.
