Peet, I have a new problem after OS update. This window keeps popping up. I’m definitely entering the only login password I have for this machine. It seems like it’s accepted. Then after 30 seconds it pops up again. I can’t seem to use my computer for more than a few hours without some issue or another. It’s getting very distracting and taking a lot of time out of my work. Maybe time to wipe this machine and start over? G

Just a recap. Cleaned up your Exchange login. Uninstalled Adobe software. Installed workout software in ~/Applications. Hopefully it will autoupdate. Worked with you to reset SMC and PRAM. Computer seems to be rebooting correctly.
