Peet - Thanks for getting the screens setup. Worked great this morning. However, after lunch I went to wake my laptop from sleep and one of the monitors is unresponsive. I’ve tried restarting my machine, unplugging everything on the CalDigit, and unplugging screen from power supply. No luck. Any suggestions on how to get it to see my laptop or vice versa? Thanks, Grant

Hi Peet, I changed the settings on the left monitor as you directed me to this morning, not sure if that will help this issue but we did do that. Thanks! It shouldn't make a difference, but if it did ... yay? The left screen should be on DP with the USB C associated with the DP. The right screen should be outputting to USB-C. Fingers crossed those settings work well. It is possible that the displays could use a Firmware update. It can be a bit tricky in that it's best to connect only one monitor at a time the same way the left monitor is connected (DP and USB). If the device misbehaves again, we should apply the update for sure. The firmware update can be found in Managed Software Update, by searching "U2421E" Cheers.Peet
