Sherie, I have a solution to local admin credentials deployed to your computers called AutoElevate. I've not pushed it into "Live" mode yet, but this is a good reason to do so. Could you please try the update again. It will ask you to request admin rights when you reach the point where they are required. There's a 1 minute timeout. If I'm fast enough ... viola. If not, I'll reply to the email when I've created the correct rule. The AutoElevate application will request that you provide it your login password which is normal. In the future when there's an update, you'll be able to exit the program, right-click and "Run as administrator" and then the update process will complete without the need for any other intervention. Sherie, NP. Looks like I'd already created a rule for Morning Star Office, but to be honest, I'm surprised the rule worked for the new update. Regardless, you should be set. Cheers.Peet
