Peet, Can you give us some dates/times the week of October 24 you'd be available to discuss our migration to SharePoint? Peet, We are having some pain points with our distributed staff and this SharePoint project has become a priority. Susan has decided that she wants to be involved in our next meeting with you to begin planning for SharePoint. It is very difficult to coordinate open times in her schedule. Can you provide us with some times that you're available to meet and discuss SharePoint? Thank you * TonyFerrini P A R T N E R S C R E A T I V E 603 Woody Street Missoula, Montana 59802 partnerscreative.com On Wed, Oct 12, 2022 at 8:55 AM Tony Ferrini < [email protected]> wrote: > Peet, > > Can you give us some dates/times the week of October 24 you'd be available > to discuss our migration to SharePoint? > > Thanks, > Tony > > > On Fri, Oct 7, 2022 at 9:35 AM Tony Ferrini < > [email protected]> wrote: > >> >> Okay. Tony and Susan, It' would be great to nail down exactly what you're looking for with cloud/collaborative storage. I first proposed M365 and Sharepoint Online (SPO)as a complete platform for your collaborative and communication needs. Knowing that you'd be moving your email and other services to M365, Sharepoint Online provide a relatively perfect file-sharing collaboration platform that is included in the cost of Microsoft 365 Premium licensing. Keeping mail on Google Workspace while implementing SPO would not be the best end-user experience and far from the best value. For meeting times, please feel free to take advantage of of the Calendly link I've shared with you. Keep it handy for anytime you want to get together to work on any issue. If the availability doesn't work for you, let me know. If 60 minutes doesn't work for you, just schedule it and let me know if you need more or less in the meeting info. https://calendly.com/artichokeconsulting/60minutes Here's a custom redirect for you as well: https://artichoke.consulting/PAR/meet Cheers.Peet

Thanks for clarifying the Calendly link. I actually did go back and see if I could schedule something based on a past Calendly link you sent us, but I just kept getting a message that the link expired. I assume this new link is more permanent. That's great, and will be helpful to get things scheduled efficiently rather than relying on support tickets to coordinate. In terms of approach, yes, in the past we did discuss the whole Microsoft package approach and your recommendation as the best path. I know that we also clarified some time ago that doing SharePoint first was doable, even if less than ideal, and that the primary downside is multiple logins and less integration of email, files, etc. We decided long ago that we could accept these downsides, proceed with SharePoint first, and probably other MS services after that. From there we also decided we want to implement a DAM and after discussions with you we followed your recommendation to get the DAM in place first, and then we would figure out SharePoint since that solves a lot of the storage limitations with SharePoint and puts us in a place to know exactly what remains for storage needs in the cloud. So that's where we stand today. The Canto implementation is nearing completion and we want to get back together with you to discuss the SharePoint aspect. But I think a discussion about overall IT plans is a good idea because that's important for you to be involved with. Thanks again. I'll get something scheduled. * TonyFerrini P A R T N E R S C R E A T I V E 603 Woody Street Missoula, Montana 59802 partnerscreative.com On Fri, Oct 21, 2022 at 12:19 PM Artichoke Support - Peet wrote:

Tony, No worries. The link was the one used for our last meeting shared in ticket 21227 "Sharepoint". I misunderstood the issue with the mail migration. Thanks for the clarification. I'll keep an eye out for the meeting. Cheers.Peet
