You currently have two public-facing IP addresses, Charter and BF. At this moment there are 24 IP/MACs registered in your switching ARP table. Meaning 24 live IPs. If they're asking what your internal address subnets ... 192.168.100.0/24 -LAN 10.10.100.0/24 - Guest 172.16.100.0/24 - VPN Clients 172.16.78.0/24 -MGMT They always want proof of ownership of public IP's so attached is a screen shot for both interfaces.
