#21986 Qbox Not Working

Hi Peet, I don't know if Jaqui has mentioned this to you. My qbox on the laptop (user: Sarah) hasn't been working since Jaqui brought it back from the lake. Jaqui said the same thing happened to her account because she missed several updates, and that you had to go in and manually update some things. Would you be able to fix my Qbox or tell me how to do so? I've attached screenshots of the error messages I've received. Let me know what else you need from me. Thank you!
