#21837 Couple issues w/ Judy's computer

Hi Peet, First, she still wasn't showing in the Splashtop list so I ran the installer from the link you sent. I did not run the uninstaller first. Here computer is PAR-240-JM. Second, her mobile account is Admin. I can't fix that without splashtop. The only connection I have is Zoom and if she logs out, I lose her. That should have been changed with the management install but somehow was missed. Should I rerun the mgt installer or can you push that? 1. I've given you access and moved her to the Partners Group in Splashtop. 2. Different ways to handle this ... She's part of the Privileges.app group so she can remove herself from admin or you can send "dseditgroup -o edit -d judy.mills -t user admin" to the device via Mosyle. (I did the latter, but through my tooling so she's not in the admin group currently.) 3. I've seen that before, and I'll need to double check some settings for your Mosyle tenant, but you can just click "self-serve" to access machine-based self-services ... i.e. install apps from the App Store that are applied to the device.
