Another workstation (PAR-320-MW, C02X3083HTD6) won't allow input at the login screen like the one you helped me with a while back. Of course I can't remember what you said to do. This one doesn't show in my Splashtop either. To make things more fun, she's working from home this morning because her husband tested positive for covid yesterday. I'm setting up a spare laptop and she'll bring hers in for a swap. Recapping the call ... If this happens again, log into https://mybusiness.mosyle.com ... and add the computer to the exception rule in the Mosyle Auth profile. Management > macOS > Mosyle Auth 2 > PAR-Azure > Select Exceptions See screen shot https://share.cleanshot.com/r6pZj9zQ4acCokXDrZyF Once the computer presents a macOS login screen, remove the exception and you'll be back on Mosyle Auth. Thanks Peet. I did have a message from another user last evening when I got home that he had the same issue.
