This popped up. I'm familiar with the setup message but Reticulating splines is new. And her computer's been setup for a while. [image: unnamed.png] -- * JohnBelobraidic P A R T N E R S C R E A T I V E 603 Woody Street Missoula, Montana 59802 406 541 2263 partnerscreative.com

Reticulating splines is the first message always shown during the set up. It’s a joke. It’s from a video game nothings happening. Open MSC.app and see what it has to say.

Nice. I was just wondering why "Welcome to your new Mac" when it'd already been setup. I guess I'm not really up on video games. Need to get my priorities right. On Thu, Aug 4, 2022 at 12:17 PM Artichoke Support - Peet wrote:

Oh, gotcha. I read it as “it’s been setting up for a while” … I too wonder why that popped. She may have accidents opened the app. I’ve never thought to un install it. From DEPnotify’s project page: “ Additionally, command-control-x will quit DEPNotify, although this can be modified via the DEPNotify configuration.” Reticulating Splines origin: https://sims.fandom.com/wiki/Reticulating_splines

It "sounded cool." Nice. It should replace "checking for updates." On Thu, Aug 4, 2022 at 12:44 PM Artichoke Support - Peet wrote:
