#21219 Laptop QB Update & other questions

Hi Peet, 1. I got the new QB update for my desktop computer to install. Thank you! But when I try to do the same thing for the laptop, it does not work. It automatically enters the administrator info to authorize the update. But then these windows pop up saying I must reboot the computer. I've restarted the laptop several times after initiating the update. And it continues to show that message and another with a web connector error. I've attached a screenshot of the messages. Do you know what's going on? How do I get the laptop to install the QB update? 2. I have a couple other questions too. My desktop computer has an alert for a Macrium Reflect UI Watcher update available. I'm unsure how to initiate that update. How should I update that? 3. Also, on both the laptop and my desktop, when Jaqui logs in to her profile, Qbox is not showing up. So, she cannot use her profile on either of the other computers. She will need to be able to do this at the Lake here soon. What do we need to do to fix this problem?
