#21216 Unable to start QB update

Hi Peet, I can't seem to initiate the new QuickBooks update. Jaqui was able to on her computer. And I've been getting the pop-up window, but there is nowhere to start the update. I've tried right clicking on the window like you told me in the past and restarting QuickBooks and the computer. Now its saying I only have 2 install later attempts left? Could you help? What am I doing wrong? Sarah, Like I texted, just right-click Quickbooks 2021 in the start menu and choose "Run as administrator" ... I've been researching ways to allow Quickbooks to always start with administrative permissions, but there are multiple programs involved in starting Quickbooks which makes it more complex as well as the root question of "Is it a good idea?". I'll let you know what I work out. Cheers.Peet
