Subject: Admin Password Description: Hey sir. It seems the admin password I have been using: fauly pothole honolulu berate is no longer allowing me to install/update things. I was just going to change the admin account on jump drive, but I didn't know if that was the correct thing to do. Thanks- josh

No real idea what was going on there. (didn't dig enough) ... But I logged into the JumpCloud Portal as fbldadmin, changed the password and then changed it back. It seems to have reapplied the existing password. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Happy 2022. Cheers.Peet

So what I'm seeing (on FBLD-South for example) is that I can authenticate as FBLDAdmin with the known PWD. FBLDAdmin is in the local Administrators group, so you should be set. This is failing in a UAC prompt (User Access Control -- Regular Windows prompt for Admin User/Pass) while trying to install or in some other place? I can remote to a device after 12 to help if needed. Cheers.Peet
