Hi Peet, The connection between my laptop and the printer has been working great since December, until today, for some reason. I printed at about 4pm yesterday and had no issues. Today when I tried to print, I got these messages. It says “the printer is unreachable at this time,” but it looks like my Kerio Control connection is good. I tried logging in and out of Kerio. I tried rebooting my computer and the printer. Could you help me figure out what’s going on so that I can print again? Thank you so much! Alice Alice V. Peet, I forgot to mention in my previous email that other people in the office can print, so the issue appears to be only with my computer. Thanks for your help! Alice Alice V.
