Hi Peet, Our Microsoft software has expired. When I go to "re-up" it seems like I have to buy new rather than a simple renewal. Did I mess it up by not renewing before it expired? Now what? j

naw you'll be okay. but the best pricing is this ... https://www.costco.com/microsoft-365-family-15-month-subscription-(e-delivery).product.100462462.html Just takes a few extra steps, but it's cost less and comes with an extra 3 months ... so there's that.

Great deal….but I’m not understanding how it gets on to my computer. > On Jan 14, 2022, at 11:46 AM, Artichoke Support - Peet wrote: >

You'll get a code emailed to you after you buy it from Costco. Then you just follow the instructions to add the code to your account ... should be easy peasy ... should be.

I’ll give it a try and reach out if I have any problems. Have a good weekend. Thanks for everything. On Fri, Jan 14, 2022 at 4:17 PM Artichoke Support - Peet wrote:
