Hi Peet, Happy new year to you and yours. “hope everyone is doing well. I need to ask you a question regarding my iPhone. I dropped and cracked my iPhone 7. It still works but I’m ready for a new phone so I bought a 13 a few weeks ago. It just arrived last week and when Verizon tries to port over all my stuff from the 7 it keeps failing and they don’t know why. They told me to go to a Simply Mac store for help. I’m curious if “shutting off” my jpi@alphagraphics email is causing some troubles with iCloud?? Because I’m still on the AG Verizon cell service account does it only see my phone via that email? My iPhone 7 is still active via internet. The cell and text service is on the new phone - no emails. Would you call me tomorrow please to let me know what is best to do to get back to one phone. :) Thank you Peet. Jan
