Hi Peet. I got the office uploaded and it kind-of works. I can get into word and save files but it has completely deleted the desktop version and relies solely on the on-line version. Since our internet is not great and it is difficult for both of us to use it at the same time, I would like to have the desktop versions back if possible. It allows me to work offline but it keeps wanting me to sign in when I would prefer not to. Also the email seems to work except all the mail in my inbox is missing. The drafts and sent items are there but the inbox is missing completely. I thought that it was just repopulating, but after almost 24 hours there is still nothing there. I’m not sure what to do about that. I also am having trouble finding my excel documents. The online versions are foreign to me so I have to go to help to figure out how to do anything. It sucks being a dinosaur is a computer world. Perhaps we can schedule a few minutes for us to work through this at some point. Boy that one was nuts. Just noting that we bound your computer to your Azure Active Directory and logged you in as [email protected]. We migrated data and settings and most of what you'll need is connected. You are logged into your grizzlylaw.com email, but not your grizzlylaw.com Teams. That might be an issue with your meeting on Wed. That said, once you log into your Microsoft Edge and your Google Chrome, all your browser settings will be migrated to your new account. I moved what little data was not part of your OneDrive. If you'd like your Dropbox account reconnected we can do that, OR if you were using a free account, we can move the data into your OneDrive and be done with Dropbox. Let me know your thoughts on Teams for grizzlylaw and your dropbox account. Cheers.Peet
