Hi Peet. I tried to pay my monthly invoice this morning and it processed before I got all the numbers in. Now it says I have to contact you before paying. Could you reset it. Hey Cathy, I logged in as you and I think you should be able to just try the payment again. Attached is a screen shot of what I saw. I think all you need to do is retry the payment by hitting the green Pay Now button. That said, I think I have the ability to store your CC so it can just run automagically for you. But I think it needs to be entered on my end. Feel free to give me a call if you want to give that a go! Hope all is well. Peet
