Subject: Moved Monitors Description: I moved the office monitor down to the front desk... just swapped the monitors. The fingerprint just doesn't work as slick as the faceid. I updated the driver, uninstalled, reinstalled, looked on JumpCloud and can't figure out why it won't see the camera. Could you take a gander when you have a second. Sorry to bother you
