Hi Peet, Tamera’s transition from CCPM to Infinity Mgmt is getting complicated. I was told late yesterday that one of their IT would be calling me to get the admin rights setup on Tamera’s computer so they could start installing things she will need for them. I told Ruth I would not do that and that they needed to talk to you. My understanding was they were going to provide her with a computer. They are not now. . . I spoke with Jim this morning about this . . . Instead, the talk is that one of the CCPM computers will be transitioned to Infinity for her use. Jim says that they will need to get some information moved over to them and then the computer can be wiped. I honestly don’t know what or how they want to make this happen. I have suggested that there be a conference call with you, Jim & Infinity to sort this out. Can you please let me know when you would be available to help sort this out and arrange a time for a call? I'll give him a buzz today. I don't think this is technically too difficult. All that needs to happen is that we move the required data to Infinity Mgmt. Then trigger a windows reset on the computer and voila, Infinity has a completely fresh, completely wiped windows 10 pro box which they can manage as they'd like. Cheers.Peet
