Logged in where/how? What service(s) are you trying to set up for her? On which computer. (Sorry I missed this this morning) Cheers.Peet

So sorry, that looks to have been a weird password sync issue. I've logged in as her now. You're definitely not going to the wrong place, though I think it's much easier to remember portal.office.com ... Cheers.Peet
