Here's what we did. Removed Logi Options as it's not really needed with your hardware. Installed Logitech unifying software. Updated firmware for Mouse/Keyboard or removed and add the mouse and keyboard back to the receiver. As an aside, this seems to possibly be a cloning issue. Jumpcloud client also had a similar issue, so all 6 computers had the client uninstalled and reinstalled. The clients are now staying connected as expected in the JumpCloud Console (waiting for the last two to be online to fix). Yay computers.
