I deleted a user nathan, and I noticed it popped back up and the shop user disappeared. Don't know if you were doing something but kinda odd. josh

That was me. I chose the wrong user when I redid your Google link after renaming the artichoke admin user to FBDLAdmin. If you look at the Directories/LDAP, you'll see a G Suite flowersbyld.florist. The users that are checked in there will sync with G Suite. The process for adding another to GSuite would be to 1. Create the G Suite Account. If you want a new email, ALWAYS make the account in GSuite first before checking any syncing. 2. If the user/email exists in JC, i.e. if you created [email protected]) a. Put a check by the User in "Directories/LDAP/flowersbyld.florist/Users" b. The password from JC should overwrite the G Suite password. (which is what you want) 3. If the user/email does notexists in JC, i.e. you created [email protected] a. Goto "Directories/LDAP/flowersbyld.florist/Details" b. Click Import Users c. Check the new [email protected] d. Click Import Users e. goto "Directories/LDAP/flowersbyld.florist/Users" f. Put a check by the new [email protected] to keep it in sync. g. set the User's password in JC to the same as what you set up in GSuite and JC should be the source of authority for passwords going forward. Clear as mud, but I'll be around to help if needed.
