Jan, Here's a run down of what we did with your iMac/IT to bring you up to spec ... • Upgrade firmware for your Airport WiFi • Upgrade iMac to 10.15.4 • Configure automatic updates for OS and App Store • Upgrade office to most current version of 2016 (support will be dropped for 2016 in Oct) • Install Managed Software Center ... if you need an application, go here first to find and install it. If it's not in here, just tell me and I'll add it. Stuff to consider/do before 10/2020 ... • Purchase a Single License of Office 365/Microsoft 365 (there's a name change in the works) to keep your Microsoft Products current and up to date. • Purchase and deploy a whole-home WiFi solution • My current recommendation here is Eero. The setup is as simple as possible.
