Spectrum wants to give me a faster modem. Perfect time for it. They want to install it tomorrow. Any reason why I should not let them do so?

Shandor, I don't see an reason in particular why they couldn't upgrade your modem/speed. That said, it's imperative that you keep your existing static IP 69.144.219.82 as a DHCP'd address. Other than that, you should be good to go. Cheers.Peet
