#37855 Viewing Images in Bancpac

Hi Peet,

Hamilton cannot view check images in Bancpac. We have gone back and forth with FIS a few times and verified he is set up correctly.

I have verified these things below twice, but maybe I am missing something? Would you mind looking this week sometime? Hamilton is here from 10-4 and takes an hour lunch around noon.

1. Confirm the workstation has the Microsoft Edge Webview2 runtime installed.

This one I don’t see in control panel, but I do see here - C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application

2. Set Microsoft Edge as the default browser on the workstation.

I feel like im confident in this one.

3. Configure the Edge browser to run in Internet Explorer mode.

Pretty sure I did this.
