Hi, Peet,
Tommy, the OS2 tech came by today to check out the scanner on the MX30 printer. I had a scan job that took a long time to get to my “Kiara” scans folder. He discovered that the Network folder address of my scans folder is “WLF-MSO.wmslaw…” while the other scans folder networks are just “WLF-MSO” so he thinks that is why it is taking so long for a scan job to save to my scans folder. He tried scanning large jobs to the Missoula folder and it saved within a couple minutes. Is there anyways you could edit the Network address name of my scans folder to match the others? Please let me know if this does not make any sense…
