A new account has been created for you within the Paessler Helpdesk Portal. Within the portal, you can access your current and historic tickets. Additionally, you can add new informations to your helpdesk inquiries. Click the url below to activate your account and update your profile:

Please use one of the following methods to submit your technical support request:
Helpdesk Portal: Visit our help desk portal at https://helpdesk.paessler.com and create a new support ticket.
Support button in the PRTG web interface: If you are already using our software, click on the "Contact Support" button to submit a support request directly.
When you received this mail without immediate prior interaction
Normally, you would receive this activation mail when you create a ticket with us. It is however also possible that our internal systems create a ticket for your account (i.e. this mail address) for our agents to follow up, e.g. payment issues or retention matters.
When you would like to use a different mail account for the helpdesk login
Please drop us a mail via the corresponding account to [email protected] and you will automatically receive a tailored activation mail for that account. If you don't like the other (original) account to be activated, you can simply delete that previous activation mail.
If you don't need a helpdesk account and would like to continue via mail
In this case, you don't need to do anything. Just ignore/delete this mail.
