#37533 New iPad Pro not installing Mosyle Business app

Hi Peet,

We have a new iPad that has enrolled successfully, however Mosyle Business is not installing. When I looked at the Device Information and Apps, it shows “Error” next the this app in the list. What do I need to do to get this to install?
