Hello,

 

I'm writing to share some exciting improvements to our invoice process. We've heard from our Partners about the need for greater clarity and transparency around invoicing. 

 

Our new invoices include SKUs, quantities, and pricing by tenant. This was a highly requested feature to improve efficiency for Partner billing efforts.

 

Additionally, in our new portal, CompassOne, you'll be able to view the current details of your upcoming invoice with each tenant, covered devices by IP Address, and covered users by email. 

The invoice you receive on March 1st will reflect these improvements.

We have included all contacts at your account to ensure anyone impacted by this change will be informed. If you do not manage billing, please feel free to disregard this message.
