Hilde, Not a pest at all! I'm sorry I was sidtracked with other WLF issues. This one is a bit silly, but I understand. back in 2023 Nick's account had a risky behavior flagged, in mid 2025 your account was flagged risky. I reviewd both when they happened, and both were non-issues. I'd never encountered a functional reason to clear the alert until now. I've cleared both your accounts, and you should be good. But i'm currious if Nick was able to access the data yesterday or before 10AM today. If he could, but you couldn't that doesn't make much sense unless their "Risky User" block is only for "risky users" that have risk signals in the previous 12months or so. Thanks.Peet

I didn't try until shortly after 10:00 this morning, but was able to access it. --------------------------------------------------------------- From: Artichoke Support - Peet <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, March 3, 2026 10:40 AM To: Hilde Creek <[email protected]> Cc: Nick Pagnotta <[email protected]> Subject: FW: Traci Bru shared the folder "MT00000111" with you (message id: 106198141)

Nick, You probably tried right as your "Risky" tag was cleared, but that does indicate that Hilde should be set. Cheers.Peet
