#37355 FW: Email delivery error summary
Hi Liz,
I sent in a support request to Peet but am hoping you might know how to fix this email issue. I used the same process as always and this is the first time that this has failed.
I was attempting to email all Olivet investors through the Juniper Square portal, but the email is failing due to the following issue:
When we [Juniper Square] attempted to deliver an email you recently sent entitled “Olivet Housing, LLC (Aurora Apartment Homes) Q4 2025 Quarterly Report”, we received an error message from your email provider:
SMTP error delivering mail: (503, b'Only one sender per message, please', '[email protected]')

Subject: Email delivery error summary
Dear Edee,
When we attempted to deliver an email you recently sent entitled “Olivet Housing, LLC (Aurora Apartment Homes) Q4 2025 Quarterly Report”, we received errors from your email provider for some of the recipients. Overall, we were able to deliver 0 of the messages, but we received errors for the other 26. You can view this email on Juniper Square for a full list of the results and the errors we received. Please contact us if you have any questions; you may also wish to contact your email service provider to investigate the source of the issue if it is not readily apparent.

Edee, This one is outside of any mail delivery system I directly support. The error "only one sender per message, please" points to a missconfiguration in the "from" section of the attemped mail. That said it looks like these emails are sent from the domain @theauroragreatfalls.com, is that the case? It does not look as though that domain has any mailservice or mail security domain name records. While thats a problem for consistant delivery, and should be addressed, the current error is one you should reach out to Juniper Square for support. If they come back with anything you need translated or help with, please let me know. Cheers.Peet

Peet, Thank you for your inputs. They helped Juniper Square identify the issue. Juniper Square has confirmed there's an outage with their email provider, Mailgun, that's resulting in the error messaging that we’re see in the workspace settings. We found that this outage impacted clients who needed to adjust/verify their email settings, which is similar to what your IT consultant flagged. Right now it is not verified in your workspace, hence why there are no domain records for the @[theauroragreatfalls.com](http://theauroragreatfalls.com/). You can view this yourself by clicking your name in the top right > Admin Settings > Configuration tab > Organization Settings > click into 'View settings' to see the below: [embedded image] Can you verify that your current email provider has the CNAMES within the DNS Settings page? To connect your email with Juniper Square, you will need to add the two CNAME records to your domain’s DNS (Domain Name System).
