Good morning, Peet –

 

I’m trying to access the Q:drive and turned on “cloudflare WARP” – but keep getting message Error occurred while reconnecting Q: - local devise names is already in use.   I did restart my computer but that didn’t seem to help. 

Help.

Hi Hilde!

This one is a bit esoterique, but could you please lock your screen, (windows key + L) then unlock your computer with your *PASSWORD* not a pin, fingerprint, or face. Do that and then let me know how it goes

That esotecric fix turned out to be addressing the wrong issue. The route to the server though Cloudflare was down. it's back up and you have connectivity to Q:
