I did that and it said I was successful but then did not print and does not appear to be saving that as a designated printer. It shows the document under “see what is printing” but just gets stuck on Connecting and then stops

Open Printix by clicking the “TA” and go to “Printers”

Select the printer you want (LJM712) and click add

Which printer(s) is she having issues with, just WLF-LJM712? is anyone else having the same problem? Cheers.Peet
I just tested from a computer in the WLF office and it seemed to add and print 2 test pages. Susan is there a time you'd like me to look at this for you? Thanks.Peet

Susan, When would be a good time to reach out? I do see that your computer has not been restarted for 24 days. If you could restart before we connect that would be fantastic. And it's worth double checking that it still doesn't work for you after restarting. Cheers.Peet
Peet- I am in my office and you can reach out anytime before 3:00. I did restart and seek to print but it did not work after going through printix.
