This is Joe, Program Director at the ZACC. I believe this happened last year, but our domain name expired overnight and Heather is out of the country. None of us can send Outlook emails either, which I assume is related (hence this email from my personal account).

I was able to renew your domain for another year and like I mentioned on the phone it can take up to 24 hours for everything to come back completely. Though most everything should likely be up by now. Jut noting that when the ZAAC didn't sign up for Artichoke Managed Service last year, I made sure that transfered all credentials back to your (Heather's) control. I was only able to help on this because I'm the MSP/reseller for the 1Password account Heather accesses. So bullet dodged there.

At a miniumum, I would recommend rolling out 1Password with all permenant staff so critical credentials can be shared among the users who need access.
