#37170 New computer not recognizing hrcadmin

I am pretty sure I set this computer up step by step as usual. This morning, I was trying to get logged into it to check updates and finish it up before configuring for new person. It is not recognizing hrcadmin and hrcadmin is not listed as a user. When trying to log in via XCreds window, it asks for verification #, I input that and then it goes to the cloud verification window. This does not accept the password and then it locks out. . . please help! Or let me know what to do. It does not let me add hrcadmin as an admin user either. Not sure where hrcadmin's password was borked, but it was. To get out of this situation, you follow the "Use the reset options in Recovery" section of "https://support.apple.com/en-us/102633" and reset all local user's passwords. If like me, you don't know the users current password. Set it to something arbitrary and login with hrcadmin and reset the users password in System Settings when you do know it. Tada
