Hey Peet,
I am trying to help Lena convert ownership of our Canva account so she can manage projects in there, but when trying to reset the password for Katys account I don't receive an email allowing us to verify.
Did we completely cut email functions to her email at one point? I have a vague memory of kiboshing some email addresses. Are we able to flip it on again temporarily or is there any other reason it may not receive an email? I checked spam and junk mail and
even gave it time to arrive, but nothing comes through. I did send an internal test email and that did come through. Any thoughts?
I stareted to go down technical tracks and my head started spinning and would love your help if you have any top of mind thoughts.

I just had a realization that this may be a trend with not being able to access a site (Canva in this case) due to inability to receive authenticator codes. I too have been having issues with a specific website in receiving authenticator codes. When I try logging onto our dental portal, I have to call customer service each time for them to spoon feed me a code over the phone. Is it possible that a type of authenticator email is being blocked to our emails?
