Hi Peet, When Mark uses 1Password to try to login to his Clio app, he is prompted to sign in with Microsoft, he enters his email, and then it goes back to the login page without getting his password. Do you know if what we can do to fix this? Alternatively, is there a way to remove the 1PW one-time passcode from his Clio account so he can login to the app? Thanks!

Shea, Sorry wan't able to catch this yesterday. I checked Mark's desktop and it's signing in correctly. While i can't get the exacet failure. If for some reason 1Pass is stuck like you're describing, the OTP (rotating 2fa code) can be grabbed off a phone signin or a https://wmslaw.1password.com signin. Please let me know if this is happening anywere/with anone else and I can take a deeper dive. Thanks.Peet

Ah, I see where you're coming from. You'd think "Clio app" should always mean a phone "app", but most saas products also refere to their products as an "app". Without a valid Clio login with MFA I'd have a hard time pining down the issue. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. However, you're describing that he's being redirected for 1password login. I'm wondering if logging into 1password first (which should only need to redirect to M365 once every 14 days) just to make sure there's no issues with 1password auth. Then log into the Clio app. Let me know if that clears the issue. Cheers.Peet
