Hey Peet,

I am not receiving emails from this particular email address: [email protected]

I have made sure they are on my safe sender list for outlook and am still not receiving. Is there another layer from microsoft that we would want to make sure this isnt blacklisted from?

I honestly swear its on their end, but I figured id ask. I have to call them every time in order to login to reset the password or get the 2FA code from them... its weird.
